FAQ

Good
questions.

Everything about working together. The scope, the timeline, the price, and what you own when it ships.

Two sides. AI: agents and assistants, WhatsApp and chat sales agents, CRM and data automation, dashboards and digests, RAG knowledge bases. HR: build an HR function from scratch, OKR/KPI and performance systems, compensation and promotion frameworks, fractional or consulting HR, and AI for HR. Plus training and workshops, AI or HR. Tell me the bottleneck and I'll tell you which side, or both, fixes it.

One 20-minute call. You show me the problem, I scope it, and you get a plan: what I'll deliver, how long, and what it costs. No deck.

Most focused work lands in days to a few weeks. An AI build ships in small working pieces; an HR system rolls out in stages. Either way you see progress early.

Per project, scoped to the outcome. After we talk I take the time to scope it properly, then send a clear quote. No on-the-spot guesses, no surprise invoices.

Yes. AI builds: you own the code and the system. HR work: you own the frameworks, docs, and playbooks. No lock-in to me.

Your call. AI: take it in-house, or keep me on a light retainer to monitor and improve. HR: the system is yours to run, with optional advisory if you want me around.

That's the normal case. On the AI side I build on what you already use, no rip-and-replace. On the HR side I fit the frameworks to how your team actually works.

The impact numbers are conservative estimates from public benchmarks, labeled as estimates. Ask and I'll show the basis.
